So I quit and went a few doors down to a local restaurant chain and got a 3$ raise by getting an actual cooking job…. Moral of the story is that subway is meant to be a temporary place between good jobs and fuck subway! Lol (Ps: the new kitchen I work in is hot af because the vent hood sucks the cold air out faster than it can cool the kitchen)
